named club Awards
-
Named after the late founder of the club, James White, this award is the club's most prestigious honour, akin to a "best and fairest" award but encompassing much more. It celebrates a player's character and contributions beyond physical abilities. The recipient is recognised for consistent performance and attendance at training and games, positive leadership, key contributions to team success, good sportsmanship, and being a role model. The award also considers qualities such as grit and determination, overall spirit and effort, full attendance and performance, contributions and loyalty to the club, positive club contributions, and other notable factors. An acceptance speech is required.

The Rod Johnson Award for Warriors Most Improved is given to the team member who shows the most improvement over the season, as determined by the coach and committee. This player demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow, exhibits leadership and team spirit, maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and has excellent attendance at training and games.

The Ron Hartley Award for Club Person of the Year honours the club member who has made the most significant contributions to the club over the season. It considers overall contributions, support, and loyalty to the Warriors and the club, positive contributions, ongoing and long-term involvement, and other notable factors. Any club member can be nominated, and the award recognises personal time and effort dedicated to the successful running of the club and its activities.
